Synopsis of the programs offered

The Diploma & Certificate of Hotel Catering Management and Tourism Management is a diploma academic program that leverages on a unique learning opportunity in the combined disciplines of hospitality and tourism and management. Students pursuing the program will be exposed in the 'know how' and 'hands on' training in both the hospitality and tourism areas of practices. Conducted over the period of three-years on a semester basis (for diploma) and two-years (for certificate) where students will major in hospitality, tourism and management areas. As such, graduates of the programs are expected to be competent to handle the common hospitality and tourism practice as well as becoming the forefront supervisors and lower level managers that are able to advice on routine decision making process of the job scope.
